Landed Cost Calculator

Estimate the true per-unit cost of importing a product and selling it abroad — product, freight, duty, VAT/GST, marketplace commission and returns allowance — before you place the order.

⚠ All figures are rough estimates, not customs or tax advice.

  • Duty is estimated on CIF value (goods + freight). Real duty depends on the product's HS code and country of origin.
  • US figure uses a 7.5% baseline — Section 301 tariffs can add 7.5–25%+ on China-origin goods. Ask your broker.
  • VAT/GST on import may be recoverable for VAT-registered businesses — this tool treats it as a cash cost.
  • Freight rates are door-to-door rough averages; sea freight often has minimum charges and surcharges (peak season, fuel).
  • FX uses rough rates, not live rates — check your bank/payment provider.
